This Limited Warranty applies to WordPress websites, and only for WordPress websites, purchased from Entasis Capital Holdings, LLC (the “WordPress Website”).
What does my WordPress Website Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Entasis Capital Holdings, LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Specifically, this Limited Warranty covers:
- Ralston + Anthony provided server elements such as PHP, Apache, and webmail capabilities to send email from your website and receive it to the mailboxes designated as the completion of the design of your website.
- WordPress components including the base installation of WordPress, theme, plugins and any customization completed during the development of your site.
- The design integrity of your website to protect the websites ability to be rendered as intended at the time your website project is mutually approved.
What will you do to correct problems?
Websites covered by the Ralston + Anthony Advertising WordPress Website Warranty will receive repairs to the website at no cost.
A replacement WordPress Website or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original WordPress Website or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for WordPress Websites purchased from Ralston + Anthony Advertising is 1 year (365 days) from the date the project is mutually agreed as completed.
What does this warranty not cover?
Your warranty may be voided or coverage denied for the following reasons:
- Damage of your website due to neglect.
- Damage to your website due to unauthorized modification.
- Damage as a result of self-hosting or hosting provided by a third-party vendor.
How do I obtain warranty repairs/service?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please submit the following information to your Account Representative.
- The website address that you are experiencing an issue on.
- Instructions on how to duplicate the issue.
- Screenshots of your issue.
